Aman spa @ the Connaught
Located in the basement of the Connaught hotel in Mayfair, this is the first outlet of the Aman spa not attached to one of their exotic resorts.

The verdict: Treatments are excellent and so are the charming staff. Rather spacious treatment rooms for London standard, although the lack of space for the changing and relaxing areas is a letdown. The charges are reasonable, although they have increased since it first opened a few months back. The additional charge of £50 for using the steam room and swimming pool is a very bad move.
