I got a Dior luggage for Christmas last year but after only just one trip, the case was so damaged that I had to send it back to their quality control dept. to have a look at. after 3 months they came back and offer me a swap as fixing it would mean the same problem might occur again.
........... so I went from this............
............ to this suit :-)
