I've been keeping an eye on this New York-based, Canadian designer for the past few seasons before I finally made some orders for his upcoming SS12 collection. Antonio found out that I would be in town & kindly invited me to visit his home/studio to take a closer look at the clothes since it's the luxurious materials he chooses to use is what made a difference. Antonio, who was a finalist for this year's CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, has worked for 10 years in Paris for Hermès & Kenzo specialises in bespoke tailoring with a twist. If Anna Wintour said this was someone to look out for then.... enough said!
