the new Lufthansa's First Class
The verdict: Okay, they might be, currently, the only airlines with actual beds in the air & to be honest these firm mattresses are very comfortable & rather spacious (despite the fact that the height of the bed makes it rather exposed). Yet flying in the new First Class of Lufthansa makes you feel like you are stuck in some posh boarding school, you are spoiled rotten in some ways - then having to follow strict regime in others. Well, you either sit or lie down. Once you climb on that bed & the lights are out........ chop-chop, it's bed time! Not sure how well this concept will catch on with those who didn't go to boarding school or growing up with Nanny McPhee!
