Tony Borthwick's Michelin star restaurant
Plumed Horse is definitely one of my favourite places to dine & a must whenever I'm in Edinburgh (which is not often enough). Its location which is surrounded by council flats near the port of Leith, outskirt of the Scottish capital, gives this modest looking restaurant a quaint & unpretentious feel to it. Their 8 courses tasting menu offers excellent value for money & has yet to let me down!
