The Honours

The verdict: Opened just over a month ago, the Honours is already boasting some of the hottest tables in town among foodies and who's who of Edinburgh. This new city venture of a Michelin-star chef, Martin Wishart bravely & appropriately for the current economic climate takes on a different direction than his previous haute cuisine outlets. The Honours is a budget dinning brasserie, no-fuss, where the finest ingredients take centre stage. The service is rather excellent, too.
